1. correlative conjunction even if …, still …; concession at the extreme (more colloquial than 即使…也)

   哪怕只有一点点希望，也值得全力去争取。

   Nǎpà zhǐ yǒu yīdiǎndiǎn xīwàng, yě zhíde quánlì qù zhēngqǔ.

   Even with the faintest hope, it's worth fighting for with everything you have.
