Refund Policy

Courses on ChinesePath.com are sold as one-time purchases. Access is permanent for the duration of the platform's operation, with no recurring fees.
Eligibility for Refund
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed any exercises in your purchased course.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
1. More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase.
2. You have completed any exercise in a paid unit of your purchased course, which constitutes use of the product and disqualifies the purchase from a refund.
3. Upgrading to a higher-tier plan cannot be reversed or refunded back to a lower-tier plan.
How to Request a Refund
Please submit your refund request through the Contact Us page or email [email protected], including your registered email address and the date of purchase. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. If your order was processed by a Merchant of Record, the refund will be issued by them in accordance with this policy.
