加以(jiāyǐ) — meaning, uses and examples

   这些意见要认真加以研究。

   Zhèxiē yìjiàn yào rènzhēn jiāyǐ yánjiū.

   These opinions should be carefully studied.

2. correlative conjunction moreover; in addition; coupled with (literary/written)

   他经验丰富，加以勤奋，很快就当上了主管。

   Tā jīngyàn fēngfù, jiāyǐ qínfèn, hěn kuài jiù dāngshàng le zhǔguǎn.
