bùlùn

1. correlative conjunction no matter (what, who, how); regardless of (usually paired with 都 or 也)

   不论刮风下雨，他都坚持跑步。

   Bùlùn guāfēng xià yǔ, tā dōu jiānchí pǎobù.

   No matter whether it is windy or rainy, he keeps up his running.
