不管

bùguǎn

1. correlative conjunction no matter; regardless of (often with 都/也)

   不管下不下雨，我们都要出发。

   Bùguǎn xià bu xià yǔ, wǒmen dōu yào chūfā.

   No matter whether it rains or not, we're setting off.

2. phrase to not concern oneself with; to not interfere (phrase: 不 + 管)

   孩子的事他从来不管。

   Háizi de shì tā cónglái bù guǎn.

   He never concerns himself with the children's affairs.
