大概(dàgài) — meaning, uses and examples

1. adverb probably

   他大概忘了我们的约定。

   Tā dàgài wàng le wǒmen de yuēdìng.

   He has probably forgotten our appointment.

2. adjective rough; approximate

   你先说个大概的时间。

   Nǐ xiān shuō ge dàgài de shíjiān.
