冲chōng

1. verb to charge; to rush

   他一马当先冲在最前面。

   Tā yīmǎdāngxiān chōng zài zuì qiánmiàn.

   He charged out in front of everyone.

2. verb to rinse; to flush; to brew

   跑完步回家冲个澡。

   Pǎo wán bù huí jiā chōng gè zǎo.

   After the run I'll go home and take a quick shower.

冲chòng

1. preposition toward; at (colloquial)

   他冲我笑了笑。

   Tā chòng wǒ xiào le xiào.

   He smiled at me.
